Position: Medical Sales Consultant - Houston, TX

We are seeking a driven and skilled Sales Consultant to enhance our clinics in the Houston, TX region. This role is performance-oriented, ideal for a qualified sales professional aiming for competitive compensation. Our clinics rank among the top in the nation, offering an attractive opportunity—successful candidates can earn between $80k and $100k annually, with the potential to achieve $350k to $400k for a 4-day work week.

Ideal Candidate: The perfect candidate will possess the ability to close sales efficiently within 15-20 minute intervals. Experience in cash-based clinical sales, particularly in areas such as DENTAL (prosthodontics, veneers, etc.), laser hair removal, or cosmetic surgery is preferred, though all qualified applicants will be considered.

The Sales Consultant must be a motivated and competitive individual, ideally with experience in elective healthcare procedures that require out-of-pocket payments. We are looking for a proficient 'deal closer' who can effectively address patient objections while clearly communicating the advantages of our services. Responsibilities include conducting sales meetings, guiding patients through treatment options, and maintaining strong patient relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage in sales discussions with prospective patients seeking alternatives to surgery and pain management.
  • Understand and articulate the details of each treatment offered as prescribed by medical professionals.
  • Review medical provider notes and communicate treatment plans to patients.
  • Present treatment options to new patients based on plans provided by medical providers.
  • Master and deliver specific language for each treatment option as directed by medical professionals.
  • Address any imaging-related inquiries after the medical provider has established a diagnosis.
  • Respond to patient questions regarding financial matters.
  • Provide detailed explanations of recommended procedures, financial breakdowns, and financing alternatives.
  • Achieve a closing rate of over 50% with an average of 12-15 patients seen daily.
  • Conduct outreach and marketing efforts to ensure a steady influx of patients.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Drive year-over-year sales growth and increase overall clinic revenue.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a healthcare-related sales environment, particularly in elective medical procedures.
  • Familiarity with cash payment options and non-insurance elective services.
  • Experience with third-party financing solutions.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a diverse community.
  • Capability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Work Schedule: Flexible, 1-2 days per week.

Compensation: Competitive salary ranging from $80k to $100k annually, with the potential for significantly higher earnings based on work schedule.
