Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service while achieving individual sales targets and KPIs set by management.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards by replenishing products on the sales floor according to company guidelines.
  • Assist in inventory management and merchandising tasks, ensuring the store is organized, clean, and well-stocked.
  • Adhere to all sales-related policies and procedures to uphold the brand's reputation.
  • Support the unpacking and preparation of merchandise, including securing security tags as necessary.
  • Develop and maintain a robust client book to enhance customer relationships.
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in luxury fashion retail is required.
  • Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
