The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of US GAAP and SEC reporting, as well as experience in a global public company environment. You will be responsible for building and maintaining data flows between accounting systems and our SEC reporting tool, Workiva, and ensuring effective controls around the SEC reporting and internal reporting.

In addition to your technical skills, you will be a strong communicator and team player, able to effectively handle multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment. Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare US GAAP financial statements and footnotes for inclusion in the Form 20-F
  • Lead the XBRL tagging process for all SEC filings

  • Ensure effective controls around the SEC reporting and internal reporting
  • Support the review of Financial Statements with the Executive Leadership Team and other operational leaders as needed

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
  • CPA and/or public accounting experience
  • 5+ years of relevant accounting and reporting experience
  • Thorough understanding of US GAAP and SEC reporting
  • Proficiency in XBRL tagging using Workiva
