As a Client Intake Sales Specialist at Ward Law Group, you will thrive in a fast-paced and expanding environment, utilizing your customer service and sales expertise to assist our clients while simultaneously enhancing your sales skills and advancing your career. You will collaborate with our investigative team to address inquiries from prospective clients over the phone, guiding them through the complexities of car accident scenarios and more. Your role will be pivotal in helping clients navigate challenging times to secure the best medical care and compensation for their injuries.
You will handle inbound calls and meet prospective clients in our office, providing exceptional customer service to ensure they receive the finest legal assistance available.

Key ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities of the Client Intake Sales Specialist include, but are not limited to:
- Responding to inbound calls from potential clients.
- Making timely outbound calls for follow-up as necessary.
- Assisting potential clients with their inquiries.
- Thoroughly reviewing case information.
- Guiding clients patiently through the onboarding process.
- Collecting necessary information for each specific case.
- Requesting attorney assistance when required.
- Organizing the creation of new client intakes.
- Collaborating with team members to effectively resolve issues.
- Ensuring all documentation is accurately completed and signed.
Requirements for the Client Intake Sales Specialist:
- No legal experience is necessary; training will be provided.
- Fluency in both Spanish and English is essential.
- Must be able to communicate fluently in Spanish (this is a mandatory requirement).
- Availability to work Monday through Friday (9:00 am to 5:30 pm EST) and one Saturday and one Sunday per month (9:00 am to 2:00 pm EST).

- Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey important information clearly.
- Strong interpersonal skills to provide outstanding customer service.
- Quick decision-making and problem-solving capabilities.

- Responsible, goal-oriented, and organized.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
- Minimum of one year of sales experience.
- This position operates on a fully commission-based structure.
- Potential earnings range from $72,000 to $108,000 annually, based on commission after training.
