Job Opportunity

Monte Cain - State Farm Agency is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing insurance quotes, making sales presentations, and closing sales. You will also establish client relationships and follow up with clients as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge to provide expert advice to clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to achieve business objectives and goals.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.

Requirements:

  • Property & Casualty license (must be able to obtain).
  • Life & Health license (must be able to obtain).
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred.
  • 1-2 years of sales experience (preferred).
  • Demonstrated successful track record of meeting sales goals and quotas.
  • Enthusiasm and belief about the role insurance and financial products play in people's lives.
  • Proven track record of trustworthiness, dependability, and ethical behavior.
  • Excellent communication skills: written, verbal, and listening.
