Position Overview
We are looking for a Technical Inside Sales Representative to manage various responsibilities that involve direct interaction with designated customer accounts and internal teams.

As a Technical Inside Sales Representative, you will utilize computer systems to address customer inquiries and process sales orders efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills in person, over the phone, and via email while being proficient in computer usage within a fast-paced office setting.
  • Maintain constant communication with our distribution network through emails and phone interactions, ensuring customer finesse and empathy.
  • Comprehend and interpret technical specifications and effectively relay that information to both internal teams and customers.
  • Prioritize accuracy and efficiency to thrive in this dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Position Requirements

  • A preferred Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant education or experience.
  • 2 to 5 years of proven inside sales or customer service experience in an industrial setting, ideally related to valves and flow control products.
  • Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems is advantageous.
  • A solid technical understanding of an industrial manufacturing context.
  • Experience in valve sizing and specification.
  • Knowledge of industrial valve applications.
  • Proficient in Excel, MS Word, and overall computer literacy.
  • Visa sponsorship is not available.

Compensation
Pay range from $30 – $34 per hour.
