Position Summary:

As a Franchise Sales Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our franchise network. This position is ideal for individuals who are enthusiastic about franchising and possess a strong sales acumen.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Implement the sales strategy within your designated territory to achieve set objectives.
  2. Engage with potential franchisees through proactive outreach to promote Del Toro franchises.
  3. Assess candidate profiles thoroughly prior to arranging face-to-face meetings.
  4. Utilize databases to pinpoint prospective clients and execute cross-selling initiatives with existing policyholders through targeted email campaigns.
  5. Oversee the sales process to ensure adherence to timelines and objectives.
  6. Conduct market research in your area to inform strategic decisions and propose tailored actions.
  7. Maintain accurate records in the Soffront System to track progress and necessary follow-ups.
  8. Analyze the brand's market presence and impact within your territory.
