Position Summary:

As a Franchise Sales Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our brand while furthering your career in franchise sales. If you possess a strong passion for franchising and a proven sales acumen, we encourage you to explore this opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Implement the sales strategy within your designated area and achieve the set objectives.
  2. Engage with potential franchise candidates through outreach efforts to promote Del Toro franchises.
  3. Assess candidate profiles prior to arranging in-person discussions.
  4. Utilize databases to identify prospective clients in your focus area and conduct cross-selling initiatives with existing policyholders through targeted email campaigns.
  5. Oversee the sales process to ensure adherence to timelines and objectives.
  6. Conduct market research in your area of focus and suggest tailored actions based on market insights.
  7. Maintain accurate records in the Soffront System, tracking progress and follow-up needs for each sales process.
  8. Analyze the brand's influence within your designated area.

Required Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated success in sales, ideally within franchise sales or similar sectors.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in building and nurturing relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
  • Self-driven with a focus on results and the capability to work autonomously.
