Federal Contract Management Specialist

Key Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced Acquisition Professional with a minimum of five (5) years in Federal Contract Specialist roles or related Contracting and Procurement positions, particularly with a strong emphasis on SharePoint proficiency. A solid background in SharePoint administration within a federal agency is essential. Candidates with experience in supporting an acquisition office in the Contract and Procurement Series, 1102 are highly preferred. This experience may be gained as a federal employee, contractor for a Federal agency, or a combination of both.
The responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:
- Managing and providing continuous support for the agency's SharePoint-based platform designed to maintain critical acquisition information and data.
- Offering technical assistance to the acquisition and procurement teams, along with their respective customers and program offices.
- Working under general administrative supervision while demonstrating the ability to operate independently on specific tasks.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A minimum of five (5) years of comprehensive federal contract experience.
- A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Certification as a SharePoint Power User is advantageous.
- Acquisition certification is highly regarded (such as FAC-C, DAWIA certification, or relevant Industry Certifications including NCMA certifications).
- Eligibility to obtain or maintain a Public Trust clearance.
- U.S. Citizenship is required.
