Key Responsibilities- Meet or exceed sales goals and targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their vehicle needs and preferences
- Provide expert knowledge of vehicle features, benefits, and pricing to customers
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet customer needs and achieve sales targets
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to remain competitive
- Collaborate with other departments, such as finance and service, to ensure seamless customer experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the automotive industry; prior customer service experience a plus
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office products and ability to learn web applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
