Job Title: Regional Sales Manager - Central Region

Gregory Poole Equipment Company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead our Central Region sales team. This is a key leadership role that requires a strong understanding of the construction equipment industry and the ability to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and market share objectives.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, and factory representatives to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing plans and sales initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in construction equipment sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, dealers, and factory representatives.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing.
