About the Role

The Oracle HCM Cloud Technical Support Analyst position is a critical role that requires a strong technical background and excellent customer service skills. As a member of the Support organization, you will be responsible for delivering post-sales support and solutions to the Oracle customer base while serving as an advocate for customer needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resolve post-sales non-technical customer inquiries via phone and electronic means
  • Provide technical support for Oracle HCM Cloud products and services
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Develop and maintain technical knowledge and expertise in HCM Cloud products
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in HCM product suite techno/functional testing and production support
  • 3+ years of experience in HCM implementation or technical HCM Support
  • 2+ years of experience working with HCM Cloud products
  • Strong technical background in RDBMS, SQL, PL/SQL, XML, Java, J2EE, and Oracle ADF, SOA, and Web Services
