Technical Support Representative

QPS Employment Group is seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Representative to join our team. As a Technical Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer technical questions and provide troubleshooting assistance to customers via phone, email, or chat.
  • Develop and maintain productive relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met.
  • Provide in-person training to customers on technical products and services.
  • Represent the company at tradeshows and events, providing sales and technical support.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and products through field assignments and industry publications.
  • Continuously improve processes and efficiency while maintaining quality standards.
Requirements:
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and ability to convey confidence and empathy.
  • Knowledge of computer hardware, software, and digital data communications.
  • Ability to learn technical materials quickly and accurately follow instructions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
  • Punctuality, good work attitude, and ability to work cooperatively with others.
