  • Monitor and control expenses related to the service department, including labor, parts, and supplies.
  • Create and maintain a positive and customer-focused environment, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key vendors to ensure the availability of quality parts at competitive prices.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, implementing new processes and technologies as needed.
  • Provide training and support to service department staff to ensure they are knowledgeable and capable of delivering high-quality service.
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Prepare, monitor, and analyze monthly and annual service department budgets.
  • Maintain accurate records of all transactions and interactions within the service department.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in automotive service management, preferably in a dealership environment.
  • Proven track record of success in driving profitable growth and managing a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and dealership management systems.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • High school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred.
