- Develop and maintain relationships with key vendors to ensure the availability of quality parts at competitive prices.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, implementing new processes and technologies as needed.
- Provide training and support to service department staff to ensure they are knowledgeable and capable of delivering high-quality service.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Prepare, monitor, and analyze monthly and annual service department budgets.
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions and interactions within the service department.
- 5+ years of experience in automotive service management, preferably in a dealership environment.
- Proven track record of success in driving profitable growth and managing a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and dealership management systems.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- High school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred.
