Classic Ford of Shelby is seeking a top-performing sales leader to join our sales department in a leadership capacity. As a sales director, you will work closely with upper management and sales associates to ensure the business meets its objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop relationships with employees and customers to enhance the sales process
  • Build a customer network through rapport-building
  • Manage new vehicle inventory, including ordering and dealer trades
  • Provide training and support to sales staff and assist in closing deals
  • Oversee all aspects of the sales department, including desk deals, tracking gross logs, and RDR cars

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required
  • Prior automotive sales managerial experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Understanding of inventory control
  • Strong computer and phone skills, including Internet, MS Outlook, and CRM
  • Professional work ethic
  • Current, valid driver's license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)
