Sales Director

Classic Ford of Shelby is seeking a top-performing sales leader to join our sales department in a leadership capacity. As a sales director, you will work closely with upper management and sales associates to ensure the business meets its objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop relationships with employees and customers to enhance the sales process
- Build a customer network through rapport-building
- Manage new vehicle inventory, including ordering and dealer trades
- Provide training and support to sales staff and assist in closing deals
- Oversee all aspects of the sales department, including desk deals, tracking gross logs, and RDR cars
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Prior automotive sales managerial experience preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Understanding of inventory control
- Strong computer and phone skills, including Internet, MS Outlook, and CRM
- Professional work ethic
- Current, valid driver's license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)
