Automotive Sales Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Associate to join our team at Renaldo Kia in Shelby, NC. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, meeting sales targets, and contributing to the success of our dealership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Deliver vehicles to customers, ensuring they understand the vehicle's features, warranty, and paperwork.
  • Establish and meet personal sales targets, consistent with dealership standards.
  • Stay up-to-date on incoming inventory, features, and accessories to provide customers with informed purchasing decisions.
  • Collaborate with the service department to ensure vehicles are reconditioned as expected and on schedule.
  • Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to enhance sales skills and knowledge.
  • Enter customer information into a database for follow-up and repeat business opportunities.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid in-state driver's license.
  • Professional personal appearance and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to sell a minimum quota according to dealership standards.
  • Sales experience preferred but not required.
