As a Sales Manager at Renaldo Honda, you will be responsible for leading our sales team to achieve exceptional results. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team and contribute to our success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Hire, train, and motivate sales team members to achieve sales targets
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase sales volume and revenue

Requirements:
  • Previous experience in sales management, preferably in the automotive industry
  • Proven track record of success in sales and leadership
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
