Automotive Sales Director

As a Sales Manager at Renaldo Honda, you will be responsible for leading our sales team to achieve exceptional results. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team and contribute to our success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hire, train, and motivate sales team members to achieve sales targets
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase sales volume and revenue
- Monitor sales performance and provide coaching and feedback to team members
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless sales and customer service
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales management, preferably in the automotive industry
- Proven track record of success in sales and leadership
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
