Senior Account Manager- West

As a Senior Account Manager with Blackstone Technology Group, you will have the autonomy to secure the client portfolio of your choice.
With no geographic boundaries or limits to the size or industry of the clients you target, you will have the freedom to meet our client's hiring needs.
You will work with a team of Senior Recruiters who have helped their sales partners achieve multiple contest wins.
We are looking for a hard-working technical staffing sales professional who is deadline driven, bright, results-focused, enthusiastic, competitive, and committed to bringing in well-qualified requirements from clients who are ready to strike.
As an IT Account Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining existing clients and generating new business within large and mid-cap accounts to meet our client's contracts, contract to hire and direct placement IT needs.

We offer a competitive base salary and a lucrative un-capped commission plan/earning potential monetary incentives/contests to feed your competitive nature throughout the year.
You will also receive 100% paid benefits, 224 hours PTO (3 weeks of vacation, 5 sick days, 8 holidays) AND potential for an annual base pay increase (based on performance and merit).
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of staffing sales experience
- BA / BS from an accredited 4-year university required
- Experience as a trusted business advisor/sales executive to strategic accounts
- Consistent track record of meeting and exceeding sales expectations
- Experience as the single point of contact, bringing in qualified job orders and facilitating all communication ensuring the success of each client account and relationship
- Leverage existing relationships within Fortune 1000 & 500 sized accounts
- Experience generating a minimum number of staffing orders from managed accounts
- Strong understanding and adherence to a solid sales methodology in the IT space
- Ability to think outside of the box and perform within a challenging business climate
- Documentation of formal sales and negotiation training is a huge plus
