Adecco is currently seeking a dedicated Office Support Specialist to assist in administrative tasks and data management.

Compensation: $19.24/hr

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM

Duration: Initial contract of two months with potential for extension

This position will report directly to the Supply Chain Manager and will be based in an office environment within a manufacturing facility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete daily Key Performance Indicator reports
  • Provide regular updates on testing progress
  • Input data into spreadsheets accurately
  • Facilitate meetings and document action items
  • Assist with SAP data management and monitor progress
  • Cover for team members during their absence once trained
  • Finalize purchase orders as needed

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required

Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years in data entry roles
  • Proficient in Excel with at least 2 years of experience
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with SAP is advantageous
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks efficiently

Note: This position requires on-site presence.
