Job Overview

As a DSP, you will provide support and assistance to individuals assigned to our Community Living Services division, empowering them to live independently and participate fully in their communities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct support and services to individuals, as defined in their individual plans.
  • Aid individuals in maintaining their homes in a safe and clean manner, adhering to fire and health regulations.
  • Support individuals in daily activities, including transportation, school/work/community functions, and more.
  • Complete required documentation, including emergency files, time sheets, and other necessary records.
  • Promote community engagement and encourage individuals to participate actively.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • A degree or experience in related fields is a plus.
  • Ability to successfully complete a background check.
  • Dedicated attitude to provide support to people with disabilities.
  • Flexibility, teamwork mentality, and reliability.
