Job Summary

Abb Holdings Inc is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented IT Support Specialist to join our team. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing first-level contact and problem resolution for all users with hardware, software, and network issues in a diverse user environment. This includes troubleshooting and performing root-cause analysis for resolving problems that have multiple dependencies. You will also be responsible for installing and configuring desktops, laptops, tablets, peripherals, and other hardware for end users, as well as maintaining virtual servers and supporting BUS users as a liaison with other internal support staff. Additionally, you will ensure data backups are being performed and support plant telephone systems. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Information Systems, and will have reliable transportation to and from the worksite. Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-level contact and problem resolution for all users with hardware, software, and network issues

Requirements
