Municipal Key Account Strategist

LHH is partnering with a valued client to find a skilled Municipal Key Account Specialist who will be responsible for managing Municipal Principal Accounts and building strong relationships with key clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain long-lasting relationships with key clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention.
- Understand the specific needs and goals of key accounts to provide tailored solutions and services.
- Design and implement strategic account plans to maximize the potential of key accounts and drive revenue growth.
- Maintain regular communication with key account contacts and plan client meeting cadences.
- Identify and pursue upsell opportunities within municipal key accounts to increase revenue.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 3 years of sales experience
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
Travel: Up to 65%
Compensation: $75,000-$85,000 annually plus commission
Benefits: Competitive benefits package
