Patient Business Services Manager

POSITION SUMMARY
As a key member of the University Health team, the Patient Business Services Supervisor will play a vital role in ensuring seamless customer service and client billing operations.
Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with the Manager and Assistant Director of Patient Business Services to drive process improvements and resolve complex issues
* Provide expert guidance to customer service representatives on resolving patient complaints and managing workqueues
* Identify opportunities for growth and implement solutions to enhance the patient experience
Requirements:
* High school diploma or equivalent required
* Minimum 3 years of experience in hospital or physician billing, collections, and auditing
* Strong knowledge of Texas Medicaid, Medicare, and commercial insurance programs
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
