Business Development Manager

Mike Haggerty Auto is seeking a qualified Business Development Manager with customer service background and experience in the automotive industry. We are looking for someone who can manage a department, promote our brand, create and drive business into the showroom. Job Responsibilities:
- Support the overall success of the dealership by working with all customers, teams, and departments collaboratively and professionally with a confident and positive attitude.
- Attract potential clients and retain current clientele by answering product and service questions received via various channels.
- Assist in marketing and promotional efforts to drive business into the showroom.
- Manage and understand dealership sales processes and procedures.
- Utilize CRM tracking system to monitor and analyze sales performance.
- Be able to calculate and measure productivity and hit sales goals.
- Ensure all customer inquiries and incoming calls are answered and handled properly.
- Customer Retention and follow-up is essential.
- Maintain accurate records and document all customer service actions and discussions.
- Keep track of all business development set, kept, and sold customers.
- Provide customers with initial product information and direct them to the appropriate dealership resources.
