Mike Haggerty Auto is seeking a qualified Business Development Manager with customer service background and experience in the automotive industry. Job Responsibilities:

  • Support the overall success of the dealership by working with all customers, teams, and departments collaboratively and professionally with a confident and positive attitude.
  • Attract potential clients and retain current clientele by answering product and service questions received via various channels.
  • Assist in marketing and promotional efforts to drive business into the showroom.
  • Manage and understand dealership sales processes and procedures.
  • Utilize CRM tracking system to monitor and analyze sales performance.
  • Be able to calculate and measure productivity and hit sales goals.
  • Ensure all customer inquiries and incoming calls are answered and handled properly.
  • Customer Retention and follow-up is essential.
  • Maintain accurate records and document all customer service actions and discussions.
  • Keep track of all business development set, kept, and sold customers.
  • Provide customers with initial product information and direct them to the appropriate dealership resources.
