About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to lead our project management office and oversee the development of our project management program. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for defining program objectives, planning, developing, directing, coordinating, and exercising control over resources and personnel for assigned projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Management: Develop and implement project management strategies to ensure successful project delivery, including defining project scope, goals, and objectives.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of project managers and coordinators to ensure effective project execution and delivery.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and internal teams, to ensure effective communication and project progress.
  • Financial Management: Manage project budgets, including cost estimation, tracking, and reporting, to ensure financial goals are met.
  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Process Improvement: Develop and implement process improvements to enhance project management efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or Information Technology required; Master's degree or Ph.D. preferred.
  • Experience: 5+ years of management experience required; management experience in a PMO preferred. 5+ years of progressive engineering or technology development experience preferred.
  • Skills: Strong program and/or project management experience, superior organizational skills, and working knowledge of contracts and contract administration required.
  • Certifications: PMP certification preferred.
