Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Construction Project Manager to join our team at Travel + Leisure Co. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects across our resort portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Management
    • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans to ensure timely and within-budget project delivery.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure project scope, quality, and compliance.
  • Construction Oversight
    • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and ensure compliance with project specifications and brand standards.
    • Manage and coordinate with contractors, vendors, and consultants to ensure timely and high-quality work.
  • Risk Management and Quality Control
    • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to ensure successful project delivery.
    • Conduct quality control checks to ensure compliance with project specifications, brand standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Communication and Stakeholder Management
    • Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including project sponsors, team members, and external partners.
    • Communicate project status, progress, and issues to stakeholders through regular reports and updates.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project management, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Proven track record of successful project delivery, with a focus on quality, safety, and budget compliance.
    • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.
    • Proficiency in construction management software, including Primavera, Expedition, or similar tools.
    • CAD skills and experience with LEED certification are a plus.

Compensation

The salary for this role is generally in the range of $175,000 - $175,000 per year, depending on experience, education, and skills.
