Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of experience in instructional decontamination and sterilization of supplies, instruments, and equipment
- Certified and registered central service technician
- Experience in managing staff in a similar setting or willingness to participate in training
Preferred Skills and Abilities:
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
- Knowledge of sterilization equipment, sterilization and infection control policies and procedures
- Knowledge of dental terminology and ADA procedure codes
