Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Assistant Property Manager to join our team at Staffing Now. The successful candidate will work closely with the Property Manager, tenants, and other stakeholders to oversee all aspects of building operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with day-to-day property operations, including supervising receptionists and ensuring compliance with Project HOME cleaning standards.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate reports, including weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
  • Maintain knowledge of governing HUD requirements, regulations, forms, and procedures for effective facility management.
  • Assist with leasing, annual/interim recertification process, and ensure that property lease files are properly maintained.
  • Perform financial management tasks, including operating assets in accordance with financial goals and PH Policies & Procedures Manual.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED and 3 years' experience in affordable housing property management, or an Associate's Degree and 2 years' experience in affordable housing property management.
  • A minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience.
  • LIHTC or Advanced Housing Certification is preferred.

  • Basic computer/technology literacy.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
  • Good organizational/administrative skills.
