**Job Title:** Autonomous Systems Developer

Pickle Robot Company seeks a highly skilled Autonomous Systems Developer to join its team in Cambridge, MA.

This role requires expertise in machine learning for robotics, programming languages like Python and C++, and experience in working with complex algorithms and data pipelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement cutting-edge machine learning techniques to enhance the speed and performance of our truck unloading robot.
  • Enhance the existing capabilities of our robots to drive improvements in both speed and reliability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional software engineering teams to seamlessly integrate your contributions into broader hardware and software systems.
  • Design and contribute to the architecture of scalable software systems that support the deployment of multiple robots in diverse and dynamic environments.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in developing autonomous robotic systems.
  • Expertise in machine learning for robotics, including reinforcement learning.
  • Experience with complex algorithms and data pipelines, capable of optimizing for performance and scalability.
  • Strong, clear communication skills.
  • Willingness to work from our Cambridge, MA office at least three days per week.
