About the Role

The successful candidate will have a strong analytical mindset and technical skills in distributed architecture, including Python, Java, Angular, Oracle, Mongo, AI/Client, and GenAI. They will be responsible for analyzing and improving the performance of web-based customer portals and support services.

They will work collaboratively with business teams to understand requirements, estimate efforts, create epics and user stories, and contribute to design and development of solutions.

Key responsibilities include coordinating with multiple stakeholders, working in Agile projects, using Scrum tools, and ensuring end-user proficiency with new systems across departments.
