Pickle Robot Company is a fast-growing VC-backed robotics company seeking a skilled Autonomous Robotics Software Developer to join our team. This role focuses on enhancing the speed and performance of our truck unloading robot.

We're looking for an experienced software engineer with 5+ years of experience in developing autonomous robotic systems, preferably within robotics or a closely related field. A bachelor's or master's degree in robotics, computer science, or a similar discipline is required. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in machine learning for robotics, with expertise in techniques such as reinforcement learning.

This role requires collaboration with cross-functional software engineering teams to seamlessly integrate contributions into broader hardware and software systems. You'll play a key role in designing and contributing to the architecture of scalable software systems that support the deployment of multiple robots in diverse and dynamic environments.
