Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Fire Alarm System Supervisor Lead to lead our team, offering a competitive salary between $100,000-$120,000 plus a company vehicle. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth, enhancing customer experiences, and fostering a culture of excellence.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Directly supervise a team of fire alarm technicians, ensuring timely completion of projects and excellent customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct thorough inspections, diagnose issues, and implement corrective actions to maintain optimal system performance.
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, including sales teams and management, to align on strategic objectives and goals.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of industry regulations, codes, and best practices.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert, providing guidance and training to junior staff members to promote professional growth and development.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Massachusetts Electricians Journeyman "B" or System Technician "D" license and valid Driver's License.
  • Relevant work experience in the electronics field, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and train a team to achieve exceptional results.
