**About the Role:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Cyber Risk Management Specialist to join our team at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining robust security systems to protect our institution's sensitive information.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in computer science and experience in managing security controls, threat intelligence, and incident response. You will work closely with our technical staff to ensure the overall security posture of our IT assets and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement security protocols to protect against cyber threats.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and mitigate risks to our information assets.
  • Analyze system logs and gather threat intelligence to inform our security strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in cybersecurity.
  • Familiarity with NIST Cyber Security Framework and secure coding practices.
