The Business Integration Manager plays a crucial role in facilitating the integration of new clients while providing ongoing support to existing ones. This position involves the development, integration, and management of API technologies and client interfaces, overseeing multiple client engagements.

Essential Duties:

  • Manage client engagements, including conducting thorough research to support client initiatives.
  • Act as a knowledgeable resource in operations research, offering solutions, documenting insights, and proposing alternative strategies.
  • Represent client interests in Airline and Rail Integration projects.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to collect business requirements and create system designs and interface specifications.
  • Define and prioritize product features, actively participating in sprint planning and backlog management.
  • Establish acceptance criteria and ensure clarity among team members regarding user stories.
  • Provide regular updates on project status, tasks, and responsibilities.
  • Work closely with the Account Management team to address client needs effectively.
  • Uphold company values and ensure quality control through evaluation and support of integration projects.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, or 5 years in Aviation, Rail, or large global Travel sectors is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product development processes.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, work under pressure, and meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, adept in various modes of communication and active listening.
  • Solid understanding of business and technical concepts, including experience with API technologies and client interfaces.
  • Outstanding customer service skills and the ability to cultivate relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.

Work Schedule:

This is a full-time position, typically Monday through Friday during standard business hours, with occasional requirements for evening or weekend work.

Travel Requirements:

Minimal travel (0% - 25%) may be necessary for client meetings and project handovers.

Compensation:

The expected annual salary range for this role is $65,000 to $90,000, based on experience.

Work Environment:

This position is based in a professional office setting, utilizing standard office equipment.

Physical Requirements:

The physical demands described are representative of those required to successfully perform the essential functions of this role.
