Job Title: Client Engagement Representative

Job Summary:

The Client Engagement Representative will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, identifying their needs and connecting them with relevant services. This role will work closely with housing advisors to coordinate appointments, organize workshops, and provide education on pre-purchase, post-purchase, and foreclosure prevention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process client applications, maintain accurate records, and follow up as needed
  • Record and track client statistics, prepare monthly and quarterly reports
  • Coordinate client classes, including scheduling and preparing materials
  • Utilize Salesforce effectively for lead conversion and conduct daily lead reviews
  • Provide personalized outreach to leads via phone or email and document progress in Salesforce
  • Manage daily calendars, office supplies, and provide switchboard backup
  • Maintain record-keeping systems to ensure accuracy and completeness of program files
  • Assemble and organize client documents for counselors and enter applications into the Counselor Max System

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience
  • Must be bi-lingual (English & Spanish)
  • Strong organization, verbal and written communication, project, and time management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Proactive, detail-oriented with exceptional interpersonal skills and capable of working well with others
