Commercial Sales Director

As a Commercial Sales Director at Growth Factor Group, Inc., you will champion a high-performing sales team, leading the development and closing of commercial maintenance contracts for landscape and snow removal services to a broad range of client facilities. This role requires a skilled leader who can grow, mentor, and oversee KPIs of a sales team, develop and execute sales plans, and foster brand growth and networking within industry organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Grow, mentor, and oversee KPIs of a high-performing sales team.
  • Sales Plan Development and Execution: Grow market share of landscape maintenance and snow removal services to CRE and commercial facility clients.
  • Relationship Building: Foster brand growth and networking within BOMA, IFMA, and other commercial real estate facilities organizations.

Requirements:

  • You are a team builder, intuitive, charismatic, and a leader.
  • References of 5+ years front-line sales of commercial services to facility and property managers in the greater Denver metro.
  • 4 years college degree or equivalent preferred.
