Job Summary:

The Commercial Sales Representative role at Heart Heating and Cooling is responsible for evaluating commercial HVAC project needs and providing quotes for repair or replacement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate commercial HVAC project needs and provide quotes for repair or replacement
  • Responsible for increasing company's commercial business accounts
  • Visit established minimum number of potential new business accounts daily to attract new work for the company
  • Maintain company standard Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Travel throughout Heart's entire service area
  • Read and interpret blueprints to assess or plan installations and layouts
  • Maintain knowledge of all available rebates/incentives
  • Educate clients on possible rebates/incentive options

Requirements:

  • Background check and drug test required for hire
  • Must have a valid, insurable driving record and license
  • 2 years of sales experience preferred
  • Industry knowledge and commercial HVAC experience required
