High-Growth Government Contracting Opportunity

Capital Search Group is seeking a highly experienced VP of Business Development and Growth to lead our government contracting team. As a key member of our executive team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion in the federal space.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of 6 professionals in strategic sales and business development
  • Develop and execute business growth strategies to achieve 3X growth in 2 years
  • Collaborate with the CEO to drive business expansion and revenue growth
  • Manage a mix of services and hardware sales in the DoD contracting space

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in business development and sales leadership in the federal space
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and expansion
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to work in a hybrid schedule with 1 day in office

Compensation:

$200K base salary + incentive comp with OTE at $300K + possible equity
