Position Title: Senior Product Marketing Manager

The Senior Product Marketing Manager role is pivotal in driving revenue and profitability for designated product lines. You will spearhead the formulation and execution of strategic initiatives for a segment of the $180M V. Mueller Snowden-Pencer product range. Collaboration with the marketing team is essential to meet brand objectives. This role encompasses both downstream and upstream marketing, focusing on new product development and the execution of marketing and sales strategies. You may also oversee direct reports and their respective product categories.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy Development & Execution:
• Collaborate with the commercial team to enhance product adoption and utilization through effective tools and programs.
• Identify challenges and opportunities within assigned product areas through ongoing dialogue with customers and sales teams.
• Create and deliver impactful content for sales meetings, training sessions, and industry events.
• Ensure field representatives are informed about product updates, pricing changes, and new sales tools.

Leadership & Team Development:
• Provide strategic leadership to guide product and procedural planning processes to meet corporate objectives.
• Recruit, manage, and nurture a team of skilled Product Managers and Associate Product Managers.
• Foster collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive project momentum and consensus based on data insights.
• Leverage industry relationships to support customer research and new product development.

Product Planning & Market Research:
• Work with sales and marketing leadership to develop and implement action plans and new product launches, including:
- Financial forecasting and business case development
- Market opportunity analysis
- Customer segmentation
- Value proposition formulation
- Competitive landscape assessment
• Maintain productive relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and Key Accounts in the medical field.
• Stay informed on market trends to enhance planning and product development strategies.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Over 10 years of relevant experience in business.
  • At least 7 years in Product Management, encompassing both upstream and downstream marketing.
  • Demonstrated success in executing strategic plans and achieving revenue targets.
  • Experience in medical device marketing is preferred.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (20-30%).
