Forensic Services Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Forensic Services Manager to lead our team of professionals in providing exceptional care to individuals in need of forensic mental health services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a team of TBS Specialists to ensure high-quality services are provided to clients.
- Supervise the direct provision of client services, including diagnostic assessments, individual and group counseling, and TBS services.
- Oversee the implementation of evidence-based programs, such as FIRST and ESMI, and ensure compliance with agency policies and procedures.
- Monitor team productivity and coach staff to ensure individual and team productivity goals are met.
- Conduct regular assessments and supervise staff activities, such as family meetings and crisis interventions.
- Monitor team compliance with Quality Improvement standards and contribute to improvements and reports.
- Respond to inquiries regarding services and assign cases to ensure balanced caseloads.
- Supervise Quality and Utilization Management functions, including record review and outcome indicators.
- Maintain regular and predictable attendance and punctuality.
- React to change and stress productively.
- Work collaboratively with others and demonstrate high standards of organization.
Requirements:
- Masters or higher in Counseling Psychology or a related field.
- Experience in forensic mental health services and leadership roles.
