Program Manager - Forensic Services

At FrontLine Service, we are committed to creating an anti-racist community, and we are seeking a skilled Program Manager to oversee the implementation of behavioral health and social services for individuals with criminal justice involvement.

The successful candidate will work closely with the courts and other forensic entities to coordinate care, manage grants, and develop supervisees' individual and team skills. They will use data to inform decisions and drive a culture of hope, innovation, and recovery.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing forensic county and state grants to improve community reintegration and long-term success for individuals with a history of incarceration
  • Coordinating care with the courts and other forensic entities
  • Developing and implementing programs to improve outcomes for program participants
  • Leading a team of supervisees and providing guidance and support to ensure their success

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • LSW or LPC licensure (candidates eligible to obtain independent licensure within 2 years of hire preferred)
  • Master's degree in a relevant field (preferred)
