  • Guide guests through the hotel facilities and amenities, ensuring they feel at home.
  • Promote our loyalty program and highlight exclusive benefits for VIP guests.
  • Maximize revenue through upselling room types and hotel services.
  • Document and manage guest requests and preferences using our tracking system.
  • Resolve guest issues with professionalism and care.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and reports related to guest transactions.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Assist with PBX operations and room service order management.
  • Support concierge services and provide local area information.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in front desk operations, hospitality, or customer service.
  • Familiarity with hotel management software.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Strong typing skills and ability to stand for extended periods.

Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and move luggage as needed, with a focus on maintaining a welcoming environment.
