Job SummaryAs a Service Associate, you will be the face of our brand, providing top-notch service to our guests while ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience. You will be responsible for delivering concessions items, kitchen items, and bar items to guests, while embodying our Nice and Amazing Service standards.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver concessions items, kitchen items, and bar items to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
- Work closely with the expediter to ensure all food is delivered simultaneously, in high quality, and in a timely fashion.
- Guide guests through the menu and suggest promotions, add-ons, or upselling, demonstrating knowledge of menu and Cinepolis offerings.
- Clean auditoriums, removing all dishes, trash, and providing managers with any found items.
- Be of service to your team members and assist them when needed, including scanning tickets for guests, cleaning, and restroom checks.
- Navigate guest complaints and assist with requests or direct them to proper resources if unable to assist.
- Be cognizant of issues with movie projections and communicate with management when issues arise.
- Complete all opening, mid, and closing procedures, including but not limited to other duties.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- 1+ years of food running or bussing experience preferred.
- ServSafe, Food Handling, and Alcohol training certifications required.
- Strong interpersonal skills for interacting with employees, guests, and management.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to handle difficult and stressful situations and issues in a positive manner.
- Must be able to maintain strong attention to detail while able to prioritize in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment.
- Have integrity and can be counted on to do the right thing.
