Overview of the Role

As a Senior Project Coordinator at ENGIE FlexGen, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and facilitating the operations of a diverse technical team. Reporting directly to the Chief Technology Officer, your responsibilities will include monitoring and communicating project progress both within the team and with external stakeholders. You will serve as the liaison for the engineering team, ensuring that project timelines are effectively managed and adhered to.

Key Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or Data Analytics, coupled with a minimum of five (5) years of experience in project coordination; alternatively, a project management certification with seven (7) years of relevant experience will be considered.
  • Proficiency in project management tools including DevOps, Jira, and Confluence.
  • Experience in maintaining project schedules and managing timelines with both internal teams and external partners.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with third-party vendors, contractors, and subcontractors.
  • Strong financial acumen to manage and oversee project budgets.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a technical team and collaborate with the broader engineering department.
Additional Information
  • This position supports a hybrid work model, requiring in-office attendance three (3) days a week.
  • Willingness to travel domestically up to 10% of the time, including occasional overnight trips.
  • A valid U.S. driver's license with a clean driving record is required.
  • Compliance with ENGIE's ethics and safety policies is mandatory.
Compensation and Benefits

Salary Range: $96,100 - $147,660 USD annually.

This range reflects the average expected compensation for qualified candidates. Actual salary may vary based on experience, education, and other relevant factors.

In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for a competitive bonus and incentive program.
