We are currently seeking a full-time Project Manager to take on comprehensive responsibilities for planning, coordinating, and overseeing projects.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Overseeing small to medium-sized projects from inception to completion, including management of both internal and external resources.
  • Coordinating engineering efforts to ensure alignment with design concepts.
  • Leading project teams to guarantee timely completion of documentation.
  • Collaborating with design and technical teams to refine and comprehend design concepts.
  • Presenting concepts to clients and securing their approval.
  • Establishing and maintaining adherence to budgetary constraints.
  • Promptly notifying senior management or clients of any potential budget variances and implementing necessary adjustments.
  • Managing financial collections for assigned projects.
  • Alerting finance management to any issues regarding timely collections and discussing payment delays with clients to ensure commitment.
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities with both existing and prospective clients.
  • Assigning tasks, supervising work, and providing constructive feedback to project staff.
  • Developing the skills of team members for future projects.
  • Managing the overall client relationship from initial needs assessment through design presentations to final project delivery, ensuring positive interactions that lead to additional business or referrals.

Required Education and Experience:

  • Degree in architecture, design, or business; equivalent experience may be considered.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in delivering design projects.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • In-depth knowledge of materials, furnishings, and construction techniques relevant to interior architecture.
  • Comprehensive understanding of building systems, codes, and ADA regulations.
  • Proven expertise in drafting and negotiating contracts for services, consultants, and contractors.
  • Demonstrated ability to resolve contract and administrative issues within the established design framework.
  • Intermediate proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • Intermediate skills in Revit and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Advanced presentation and graphic communication capabilities.
  • Effective communication skills with all levels of staff, both internally and externally.
  • Proven ability to manage and lead staff at all levels through a combination of direct authority and subject matter expertise.
