We are seeking an experienced Recruitment and Compliance Coordinator to join our team at the Exceptional Children's Foundation. As an essential member of the HR department, you will be responsible for supporting the recruitment process, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities- Support the recruitment process, including creating job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, including record-keeping and reporting requirements.
- Maintain accurate records, including personnel files, training records, and other HR-related documents.
- Provide excellent customer service to employees, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Three years of experience in human resources or a related field preferred.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations, including those related to employment equity and workplace safety.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Estimated salary range: $45,000 - $55,000 per year.
