Talent Acquisition and Management Specialist

About the Role:
">- We are seeking a talented HR Business Partner to join our team at Crazy Maple Studio, a leading entertainment company.
- The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of experience in HR, with a strong background in the entertainment industry, and expertise in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and payroll administration.
- This role will play a critical part in shaping our company culture and driving business success.
Key Responsibilities:
">- Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans to attract top talent in the entertainment industry.
- Lead the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline to meet current and future staffing needs.
- Employee Relations:
- Act as the primary point of contact for employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs.
- Address employee concerns and resolve conflicts in a fair and timely manner.
- Foster a positive work environment by promoting open communication and a culture of respect and inclusion.
- Performance Management:
- Collaborate with managers to develop and implement performance management processes.
- Provide guidance on goal setting, performance evaluations, and career development.
- Identify training and development needs and coordinate relevant programs.
- Payroll Administration:
- Ensure accurate and compliant payroll processing, adhering to entertainment industry standards.
- Coordinate with finance and accounting departments for timely and accurate payroll processing.
- Stay up-to-date on industry-specific payroll regulations and best practices.
- HR Compliance:
- Evaluate compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure HR practices align with legal requirements and company policies.
- Salary Range: $130,000 - $160,000 per year
