Human Resources Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Bilingual HR Administrator to join our team at TalentCount. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will play a crucial role in supporting our clients' HR functions.
About the RoleThis is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious and detail-oriented individual to grow their career in HR. You will be responsible for accurately processing employee status change forms, researching and responding to unemployment claims, and assisting with Workers Compensation cases.
Key Responsibilities- Manage employee data and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with the HR Business Partner to research and process unemployment claims.
- Assist in gathering and organizing employee files for Workers Compensation cases.
- Oversee the renewal process and initiate new badging requests for employees in the Aerospace and Refineries sectors.
- Prepare and distribute labor law posters to ensure compliance with updated regulations.
- Bachelor's degree or 3-5 years of relevant experience.
- Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
- Able to think critically and offer innovative solutions.
- Strong desire to build a career in HR with a willingness to learn and prove oneself.
- Willingness to travel out-of-state if necessary.
$65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. A comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
