Front Desk Agent Role at Aimbridge Hospitality
Aimbridge Hospitality is seeking a Front Desk Agent to join our team. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be responsible for:
- Greeting and Welcoming Guests
- Maintaining the Telephone Switchboard
- Handling Guest Inquiries and Requests
- Processing Check-Ins and Check-Outs
- Delivering Guest Items
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all guests
- Operate the telephone switchboard efficiently
- Handle guest requests and inquiries in a timely manner
- Process check-ins and check-outs accurately
- Deliver guest items as requested
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of hotel software
