Front Desk Supervisor

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Front Desk Supervisor to join our team at KMG Hotels. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring seamless operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the front desk team to provide outstanding guest service and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process.
- Empower team members to take the initiative to deliver a wide range of services that guide guests and the team through their entire stay.
- Process operational needs, address guest requests, complete reports, and share the highlights of the local area to make transactions feel like part of the experience.
- Maintain a safe workplace, follow company policies and procedures, maintain confidentiality, protect company assets, uphold quality standards, and ensure professional uniform, personal appearance, and communications.
- Be on their feet and moving around, taking a hands-on approach to work, and performing tasks that require standing, sitting, or walking for an extended time, and moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance.
